ORDER TRACKING
If you choose store pick up, we will send you an email to inform you that the order has arrived in the selected store. You have 3 days to pick up your purchase.
Via courier (ACS) All orders are shipped after 2-3 business days via courier and reach the final destination in 2-3 business days after the shipment date. The delivery time can be extended for various reasons e.g. extreme weather conditions. The shipping cost for shipments within Greece is set at 3,00€ for orders up to 25,00€. Orders exceeding 25,00€ are not charged with an extra shipping cost.
ORDER TRACKING If you are a registered user to our website check the status of your order anytime through your account. If you are not a registered user of badila.gr, go to Profile à Order tracking and the insert your email and the order number to see the status of your order.
When the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will sent you an email with the tracking number of your order.

If you choose product exchange or a voucher for future purchase, we provide you free shipping via ACS Courier.
